Every moment in life is a song! There was a moment when I took a walk into forest to look for mushrooms. And I thought about my music and remembered, that I did most of the songs about things in my life. And there it was right before my eyes: Every moment in life is a song!
And in a few minutes I had the refrain in my head and also the melody. So I took a video with my smartphone of the forest with a rough version of the refrain, so I could remember at home.

Jeder Moment im Leben ist ein Song! Es gab einen Moment wo ich im Wald Pilze suchen war. Ich dachte über meine Musik nach und sah, dass fast alle meiner Songs von Dingen aus meinem Leben handeln.
Und da waren auf einmal die Worte des Refrains und eine Melodie. Ich startete schnell ein Video auf meinem Handy um Worte und Melodie nicht zu vergessen.

My travelling hits, the sea and the sun, my journey fav‘rites, where I have fun.
My daughter lovely, my mother‘s last load, there‘s no time for me, the musics float.
A story that‘s told, a Beatles tribute, my brain is unfold, life can be brute, indeed.

02. My heart beats like a Rickenbacker bass
Mein Herzschlag hat sich durch die künstliche Herzklappe verändert, ich kann ihn in meinem Körper hören. Mal gar nicht wenn Geräusche da sind, mal leise und mal sehr laut, zB beim Gähnen. Andere Menschen können es auch hören, wenn es sehr leise ist, aber wie einen normalen Herzschlag. Ich höre ihn wie das besondere „Knacken“ von einem Rickenbacker 4003 Bass.
My heartbeat has changed after my operation with the my synthetic valve. I can hear it in my body. Sometimes quiet if there is enough noise around. Sometimes quite loud when it is quiet or for example when I am yawning or I breathe in. Other people can hear it too sometimes. I compare this special clack with the sound of a Rickenbacker 4003 bass guitar.

03. Our life is too easy
Früher musste der Mensch um sein Leben jeden Tag kämpfen. Jagen, sammeln, anbauen und immer auf Feinde achten. Heute geht es uns sehr gut im Verhältnis. Wir brauchen Hobbys und Spiele und eigentlich unnütze Freizeitbeschäftigung um den Tag zu füllen. Die Beschreibung gilt natürlich nur für die vielen Menschen die in Wohlstand leben. Leider gibt es weltweit viel zu viele Menschen die mit Armut, Krieg und Not kämpfen müssen.
Formerly humans had to fight for their life every day. Hunting, collecting, planting and always looking for enemies. Today out life is so easy. We need hobby and games and meaningless things to fill the day. This picture is made especially made for all the people living a life in prosperity. Unfortunately there are too many people who have too fight poverty, war and distress.

Auf der Welt geschehen so viele schlimme Sachen, da fällt es schwer zu glauben dass ein höheres Wesen das alles lenkt. Menschen haben schon immer für Dinge die sie nicht erklären konnten, Götter „gebraucht“. Aber wir brauchen nicht Religionen, sondern Etik und Moral woran sich die Menschen halten.

06. About a cat
Eine Katze als Haustier ist etwas besonderes. Katzen haben ihren eigenen Willen, die „Besitzer“ sind eigentlich eher aus Sicht der Katze die Dosenöffner oder das Personal das alles notwendige bereit stellt. Eine Katze lässt sich nicht wie ein Hund dressieren, sie ist einfach wie sie ist.

Die Klimaveränderung gibt uns große neue Aufgaben, die wir sofort angehen müssen. Die meisten Menschen stellen aber - wieder einmal - zuerst alles in Frage. Und dann will man sich erst bewegen, wenn es eine perfekte Lösung gibt und alle Unklarheiten beseitigt sind. Aber wer geht eine Treppe hoch und nimmt sofort die letzte Stufe?

Es ist gut sich auszutauschen und andere Sichtweisen zu hören. Daraus kann dann jeder seine eigene Meinung bilden und sich so weiterentwickeln. Was mich aber stört, ist wenn jemand seine Meinung als die einzig richtige nur gelten lässt, alles andere sei Verschwörung.

09. Not enough
Ich möchte so gerne singen, meine eigenen Lieder mit einer schönen Stimme krönen. Aber meine Stimme ist einfach nicht gut genug. Ich höre zwar ziemlich gut ob ein Ton richtig oder falsch ist, aber beim Singen höre ich mich nicht gut genug und treffe die Töne dann nicht sauber. Deshalb muss ich nachbearbeiten, das ist leider nicht genug - not enough.
I would love to sing, to top my own songs with a wonderful voice. But my voice is not good enough. I can hear if a melody is in tune, but if I sing by myself I can't hear my voice good enough and I can't hit the point. So I need a machine to make my voice clean.

10. I got talent
Lob ist ja wichtig, gute Leistungen sollen auch gewürdigt werden. Der Gelobte freut sich und fühlt sich auch in seiner Leistung, seinem Talent bestätigt. Aber auch ein kritisches Feedback ist genauso wichtig, um sich zu verbessern und seine Stärken und Schwächen zu kennen. Nur loben damit der andere sich freut - ohne eine Basis, ist nicht wirklich hilfreich. Aber es ist auch wichtig seinen Träumen zu folgen, ohne dabei immer der beste zu sein. Habe ich denn wirklich Talent? Egal, Hauptsache es macht Spaß und erfreut mich selbst und vielleicht auch andere.

Spielen am PC, am Smartphone, an der Playstation, am Gameboy - die meisten Menschen spielen heute überwiegend virtuell. Manchmal verlieren sich sogar Spieler in den virtuellen Welten, weil sie virtuell mehr Erfolg haben als in der realen Welt. Es wird dazu auch viel Geld ausgegeben um sicherzustellen, auch der beste zu werden. Wie wird die Welt künftig aussehen - werden diese Spieler- Talente künftig die Welt lenken?

Nach einer Operation bei der man vorübergehend eigentlich tot war - d.h. nur die Maschine hat das Leben erhalten - beginnt das Leben eigentlich von vorne. Man hat dann sozusagen den ersten Geburtstag. Noch vor 50 Jahren wäre mein Weg mit dem Befund zu Ende gewesen.
After an operation at my heart actually was dead for some hours, only a machine kept me alive. Was this a new start, a new beginning for my life? was this my first birthday again? 50 years ago my life would have ended with this illness.

Tembe Elephant Park is located in the north-east of South Africa at the border to Mozambique.
I visited Tembe Elephant Park the first time in 2013. And it become my favourite game reserve park in South Africa. A success story of a tribe who changed to preserve the nature and live together with the wild animals. Please support their projects and come to a visit. Wonderful gamedrives, well educated rangers, a very friendly staff and a delicious kitchen will wait for you.
